Civil marriage has been a serious concern in the Arab world, since in a religious community whee people believe that religious marriage is a must and can't be replaced. Moreover, when days went by and marriage came to an end, divorce transactions had it's own disappointments and inequality to women and encouraged them to show their vital role in the community and lead to major conflicts. And studies show that a high statistical number of women motivates civil marriage due to its equal judgment between both partners and gender roles. In addition, civil marriage is the best choice to happy couple from different nationality and religion.
